Emergency Seruice integrators (ESi)
Augusta, Georgia

Built around the turn of the century, 823 Broad Street  was home to First Security Federal Bank. It was imperative that the redesign and renovation use key classical architectural elements still existing throughout the interior and exterior of the building. This was due to the fact that the building is located within the downtown historic district.

The interior has an open feel generated by the glass partitions and the existing skylight. The exterior of the building is stucco, cast stone and synthetic stone. Ornamental railings complement and preserve the aesthetics of the buildings surrounding the Augusta Common. The building’s prominent location adjacent to the Augusta Common in the downtown historic district allows flexibility, but with the use of classical detailing and ornaments, adhere to strict guidelines
for the new side elevation and permit the building to stand alone.
